Helen Williams

Helen is a former college coach and administrator who has worked at Division I, II, & III institutions in various parts of the United States. Her successful career in intercollegiate athletics required her to relocate many times and she understands the challenges and stressors that come with creating a new home. After coaching, she realized that many in the profession struggle with properly educating themselves about the moving process and find it difficult to prepare for the transition to their new locale. We Move Coaches, LLC was created to help alleviate the stressors associated with relocation so that coaches can focus on organizing and running their new programs. As a licensed Realtor with her unique background, Helen can connect with coaches and their significant others to help them through that process. Helen is also a licensed insurance agent certified to sell home, auto, and life insurance.
Rachel Leonard
Chief of operations and logistics
Rachel is a retired United States Army veteran who served her country during the Afghanistan War and all around the world for over 20 years as a Military Police Officer. She received numerous awards and decorations to include the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) and is a member of the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club. A former college basketball player at the University of South Florida, Rachel was also a member of the All-Army and All-Armed Forces Women’s Basketball teams where she competed against other branches of the U.S. military and those of foreign countries. During her time as a Soldier-Athlete, she earned three gold medals and one silver medal. Rachel has lived, worked, and moved all over the world. She understands how frustrating and time consuming it can become when you must move your family from one place to another. She and the staff at We Move Coaches, LLC are here to assist you and your family so your transition to your new home will be as effortless as possible.
